Student Services

EXPERT CARE, FOR LOCALS LIKE YOU

Balancing study, work, and training often places unexpected physical demands on students.

At Redfern Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine, our student services deliver the same evidence-based, personalised care as our standard appointments—at a reduced student rate. Management is guided by thorough assessment and clear clinical reasoning, rather than short-term symptom relief alone.

Study-related postural strain, prolonged sitting, training loads, and everyday stress can contribute to pain, injury, and reduced performance during student life. Without appropriate care, these issues may persist or worsen over time.

Our experienced team of Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and Massage Therapists provide targeted treatment alongside practical education around movement, posture, load management, and recovery strategies to support both academic and physical demands. Treatment plans may incorporate hands-on therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and supportive recovery services, helping students manage pain, prevent recurrence, and maintain function throughout their studies.
