Tara Guest

Tara has a keen interest in sport and exercise which led her to complete a Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney.

Tara also holds a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Sport Trainer Level 1, and has experience in a variety of sports including UTS Bats Australian Football Club, South East Phoenix Football Club in the NPL2 and NSW Volleyball.

Tara now assists as a physiotherapist for the South Sydney

Rabbitohs Harvey Norman NSW Women's squad.

By taking the time to listen carefully to your concerns and goals, Tara will develop an evidence based and individualised treatment plans that includes exercise and manual therapy.

Outside of work, you can find Tara maintaining an active lifestyle including lifting weights at the gym, going to the beach and playing netball.
