Hayley Rawson
Hayley is a qualified remedial massage therapist with over a decade of professional experience and currently works at Redfern Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine. After rupturing her ACL and enduring the challenges of injury and recovery, she developed a strong dedication to supporting others in maintaining their athletic pursuits and overall wellbeing.
Her career includes extensive work with elite professional teams across a broad range of sports, including AFL, AFLW, Super Netball, A Leagues (men’s and women’s), NRL, NBL, Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL), indoor cricket, and more. These roles have provided valuable opportunities to collaborate with leading therapists from diverse disciplines, enriching her evidence-based approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation.
Beyond sport, Hayley brings a deep understanding of chronic health conditions, shaped by growing up with a father affected by Rheumatoid Arthritis and managing her own Crohn’s disease. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome pain and improve quality of life through tailored massage therapy, movement strategies, and mental health support.
Whether working with elite athletes or clients managing chronic conditions, Hayley combines expertise, empathy, and a holistic approach to empower her clients to recover, perform, and thrive.
