Stephen Gray
Stephen Graduated from University in Trinity College Dublin in 2021 with a Bachleor of Physiotherapy. Following university, Stephen completed all core physiotherapy rotations in one of Ireland’s leading Hospitals. He completed rotations including orthopaedics, critical care, neurology and cardiorespiratory before specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy within .
After 3 years in the Irish health system Stephen moved to New Zealand where he travelled and worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in a private practice in Auckland whilst also working closely alongside a premier club side in the Auckland rugby competition.
Stephen has a particular interest in lower limb injuries, shoulder dysfunction and post operative managament of both upper and lower limb injuries. His interest in rehabilitation is first hand as Stephen has had multiple knee injuries during his rugby career which have given him a true understanding of the complexity of returning to sport or full fitness. Stephen's injury struggles have given him an empathy for patients and have allowed him to improve his practice as a physiotherpaist. Stephen delivers evidence-based, multifactorial treatment tailored to each individual, providing exceptional care that helps clients perform at their best and surpass their goals.
Outside of the clinic, Stephen has just relocated to Sydney to continue progressing his career and eager for new opportunities to learn and progress. He has a strong passion for rugby and is still playing currently, whilst also enjoying surfing, gym training and exploring the outdoors that Sydney and Australia have to offer.
