Tara Guest
Tara is a highly skilled physiotherapist with a strong background in sport and exercise science. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Technology Sydney. She also holds Certificates III and IV in Fitness and is a Level 1 Sports Trainer.
Tara has previously worked as a physiotherapist with the South Sydney Rabbitohs Harvey Norman NSW Women’s squad, and has provided sports coverage across a variety of codes including UTS Bats Australian Football Club, South East Phoenix in the NPL2, and NSW Volleyball. These experiences have shaped her evidence-based approach to treatment, with a strong focus on functional rehabilitation and return to performance.
She is passionate about helping people overcome injury and build long-term resilience. Tara takes the time to understand each client’s goals and creates structured, research-informed treatment plans that combine exercise prescription, education and manual therapy. Her sessions are known for being both purposeful and engaging, with a strong focus on lasting outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Tara leads an active lifestyle, playing representative netball, lifting weights at the gym, enjoying the beach, and spending time with her puppy, Pickles. Her experience as both an athlete and clinician allows her to connect deeply with clients and guide them confidently through every stage of their rehab journey.
