Chloe is Co-Founder of nutrition consultancy business, Health & Performance Collective. She is an expert in gut health, food intolerances and sports nutrition. With over 10 years experience in the industry, Chloe’s expert knowledge working with individuals, corporates and food industry provides a sought after ability to help her clients be their healthiest selves. With a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University and a Masters of Public Health at the University of Sydney, Chloe is passionate about helping individuals make positive changes to their lifestyle.  Chloe has created a world class; online course, The FODMAP Challenge helping individuals identify gut intolerance symptoms, and is the lead author of the book ‘Anti-Inflammatory Eating’.

As an Advanced Sports Dietitian and Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Chloe has worked with the Parramatta Eels National Rugby League squad, and previously Roxsalt Attaquer and Rabbitohs U20s squad, along with a number of international individual athletes to optimise their performance and create positive health changes.

Chloe is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who loves motivating her clients to make health changes to be the best they can be.

Chloe specializes in sports nutrition, nutrition for arthritis and inflammatory joint disease, irritable bowel syndrome (particularly the FODMAP approach) and food intolerance. She also greatly enjoys working with people for weight management, inflammatory bowel disease, cholesterol, diabetes and eating disorders.

Chloe currently works with private clients and in corporate health in Sydney, and has also worked with the South Sydney Rabbitohs NYC U20’s squad.

Chloe can assist you in providing nutrition information, usually relating to IBS, arthritis, sports and general wellness, thoughts on current trends, along with suggestions for delicious, healthy places to go when eating out (both in Australia and overseas).

Chloe loves food, enjoys going out for meals and experimenting with new recipes and cuisines in her spare time. Due to working with long distance runners, she recently took up running herself, initially in a bid to gain more insight into ‘what it felt like’ to run a marathon. She has since fallen in love with running having completed two marathons and then moving into trail running.
